What We Need to Know About Acid and Alkaline Levels in Foods

Most people are wondering why should we eat more foods that are rick in alkaline than those that are more acidic.  But to be able to fully understand this matter, it is important to discuss why keeping a our body’s PH balance is important.

PH or Potential of Hydrogen defines the acidity or alkalinity level of a solution.  PH range from 0-14.  O is the highest level of acidity and 14 is the highest level of alkalinity of a solution.  The blood in our body contains both alkaline and acid residue from the food that we eat.  A person’s ideal PH level is at 7.35 to 7.45.  A decrease in this specified level, even if little, can harm the cells, organs and tissues in our body.

We need nutrients and enzymes in order to survive and the food we eat all day gives us these needs.  Some of the foods we eat has higher acid level or alkaline level.  These foods that are high in acid will leave acide residue to our body which are then absorbed by our blood cells.

Things To Check Before Upgrading Your Computer

If the speed of your computer is irritating you or in some way bothering you, then it must be time to consider memory upgrade.  The memory of your computer or RAM is the one responsible for running all the programs you have in your computer.  And the more RAM or Random Access Memory you have, the faster will be your computer’s response.  But before you can upgrade the memory of your computer, there are things you need to check so that your memory upgrade will be successful.

One of the most important things you need to check when you are considering an upgrade in your computer’s memory is the type of pin.  240 pin is the latest pin for RAM right now. However, there are also some who uses only 184 pin or below.  To determine the number of pin required for your RAM, you can check your motherboard or the model of the current RAM that you are using.

Once this is determined, it is now time to find out your current RAM’s speed.  Check if it is a PC6400 or so.  But if after the installation of another memory into your computer it still responds slowly, may be it is time to upgrade the entire computer.
